1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StyliQ mobile application and related services ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Accounts

  • You may link up to 4 OAuth profiles (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook, Pinterest) to your account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content and Conduct

  • You retain ownership of any images or content you upload ("User Content").

  • By uploading User Content, you grant StyliQ a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this content strictly for the purpose of operating the App, removing image backgrounds, and analyzing garment attributes.

  • You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted images that you do not have permission to use.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Recommendations

  • StyliQ utilizes AI to suggest outfit combinations and extract garment details. These suggestions are provided "as-is" and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in image recognition, attribute extraction, or style advice. You remain in complete control of your wardrobe combinations natively through the StyliQ Canvas.

5. Third-Party Integrations

  • Integration with Pinterest and other OAuth services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. StyliQ is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms.

6. Service Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, StyliQ relies on internet connectivity and third-party cloud infrastructure. We are not liable for temporary downtimes or data synchronization delays.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
